Live-In Care

A dedicated carer lives with the individual, offering reassurance, companionship, and practical support throughout the day and night. This service is a personalised alternative to residential care and supports continuity and consistency.
Outreach & Supported Living
We provide outreach and supported living services to individuals who need structured support while maintaining independence within the community. This includes support with daily living skills, routines, appointments, and social engagement, helping individuals develop confidence, stability, and independence in their chosen living environment.

Our palliative care service focuses on comfort, dignity, and emotional support for individuals with life-limiting conditions. We work sensitively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals to provide compassionate care that respects wishes, promotes comfort, and supports quality of life.
Companionship
Companionship care provides emotional support and meaningful interaction, helping to reduce loneliness and social isolation. This may include conversation, shared activities, accompanying individuals on outings, or simply providing a reassuring presence.

Sleep-in care provides overnight support where a carer is present in the home to offer reassurance and assistance if required during the night. This service supports individuals who may feel vulnerable or require occasional overnight help.
Waking Nights
Waking night care is suitable for individuals who require continuous support throughout the night. A carer remains awake to provide assistance, monitor wellbeing, and respond promptly to needs, ensuring safety and reassurance overnight.
